Welcome! I'm Sofia Middleton and I have been lucky enough to have spent the last 20 years managing and marketing businesses.
From classical concerts staged at stately homes across the UK, launching an online food app and delivery service, to co-founding a pastry school with a top international pastry chef - I've lived and breathed working one to one with business owners.

Coaching | Mentoring Sessions
I work one to one with business owners to nurture, grow and develop their companies.
Our one hour weekly sessions are held via Zoom or Teams for focused goal-led meetings.
Topics can include (but are certainly not limited to)digital marketing, contract templates, new business development, social media marketing, HR, PR, PPC. marketing strategy, commercial strategy, managed growth.
We set goals. I guide and upskill and offer actions and work to be completed by the next session (but don't worry, sometimes life and work do get in the way!)
My clients stay with me because of the high level, proven skill base they gain access to. It allows them inside information across the business and commercial marketing spectrum.
Investment: £250.00 per month
