National Women's Consumer PR
The Challenge: Gaining national visibility for an exclusive women’s shoe brand.
The Strategy: I executed a targeted Public Relations campaign focused on their summer collection. Rather than a "spray and pray" approach, we targeted publications that perfectly matched the Mandarina customer demographic.
The Result: Secured a high-profile press release feature in Country Living Magazine. The exposure resulted in the brand's entire summer espadrille range selling out completely.

High Ticket Retail
The Challenge: Navigating a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom retailer out of lockdown and into a growth phase.
The Strategy: We needed to rebuild momentum. I implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy that combined digital visibility with experiential marketing. This culminated in organising a major 10th Birthday Celebration event to cement their status in the community, featuring chef demos, a magic show, kids' cake decorating, and live music.
The Result:
Doubled turnover in the immediate post-lockdown period, financing a move to a larger showroom.
Continued strategy has seen turnover treble since our work began. CNG Design has successfully transitioned the brand from a local supplier to a regional market leader.

The Challenge: Modernising a traditional retailer to capture online sales and clear stock effectively.
The Strategy: I took a multi-channel approach to digitise the business. This involved a complete re-design of their website for e-commerce functionality and "waking up" their social media audiences. Most recently, in 2025, we utilised targeted paid advertising for a critical stockroom clearance.
The Result:
Direct Sales: Activated social media channels to drive immediate purchase behaviour.
Lead Generation: Successfully ran Facebook Lead Gen Ads to maximise the 2025 stockroom clearance sale, moving significant inventory volume.
E-Commerce Growth: Delivered a user-friendly website that opens up revenue streams beyond the physical shop floor.
